If you register online:

• New in 2024: You have 7 days to make the minimum deposit before registration will be cancelled.

• Credit Card Charges: Your card will be charged immediately upon registration. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

• Church Transfer Codes: If your church has agreed to pay a portion of your camp fee and provided you with a Transfer Code number from Lake Beauty, please enter the Transfer Code when asked on the Make Payment screen. This amount will be deducted from your total and your church will be billed for this amount.  Simply use the following three easy steps:

  • Step 1: When asked if you have a Transfer Code to apply, click on YES.  

  • Step 2: On the next screen, enter the Transfer Code, then click on GET.  

  • Step 3: The code info will appear and you can click SAVE/NEXT and the amount then transfers to the church account.

• Paying for optional items: If you are ordering a care package, adding an optional activity or depositing money into your child's camp account, be aware that these fees will be charged when registering. You will also have an opportunity to make these purchases when you arrive at camp.

• Consider helping Camp with credit card fees: There is an opportunity for you to help camp by choosing to pay the processing fee when using your credit card. Leave the box clicked showing the amount, and it will be added to your total. Or, simply uncheck the box to decline.

• After Registering: You will receive an email confirmation after your registration is submitted. This final registration confirmation will list actual charges and serve as your registration receipt.
